As you correctly observe, the results you get from a survey depend on who you ask as well as what questions you ask. Given the question you’ve asked and the audience you’ve asked it of, I wonder what valid conclusions you’re going to be able to draw.

I know your company has invested in building an IBIS-AMI simulator, so I’d suggest if you you want a valid conclusion you’ll have to pay a market research firm.
